I had remarkable service from all the staff in the shop on 11th May. They were extremely helpful and kind. In particular, Matthew made my phone swap an enjoyable experience and explained all the processes well. I was dreading swapping my phone for a new one but Matthew did all the work for me. I apologise for the tears ! I have since got used to my new phone - thanks to you all.

VODAFONE ARE 💩 they couldn't give me broadband or telephone service so I only had a mobile with them it was ceased and it's all now with EE and BT as I won't bother with these idiots again as they are too expensive

I had a great experience with Vodaphone in Norwich both yesterday and today. My phone issues were successfully solved thanks to Adam, who was very knowledgable, professional and extremely helpful/patient with me. I would definitely recommend going to Vodaphone for dedicated customer service!

I went into the shop to order a new phone was greeted by a lovely young lady named Megan who obviously has the patience of a Saint! I had just driven to the city after a very busy week of work with 7/8 year olds more or less feeling brain dead! Megan explained everything several times for me to understand!! She is a true Ambassador for your company worth her weight In gold.
Have been able to order a phone and will be returning to collect it shortly, in hope of Megan being in to again explain it all!!Thank you so very much Debsx

My Internet its down agan . And now I need to wait 3 days for somting witch will help with checking why its down ... then another days to book somone to check what going one. It's rI.\nDiculous you cant do noting abut that . Amd when you asking for panel monthly pay for that .we need to wait till problem will be fix. Witch will be next 3-5 days
