I went into the shop to order a new phone was greeted by a lovely young lady named Megan who obviously has the patience of a Saint! I had just driven to the city after a very busy week of work with 7/8 year olds more or less feeling brain dead! Megan explained everything several times for me to understand!! She is a true Ambassador for your company worth her weight In gold.
Have been able to order a phone and will be returning to collect it shortly, in hope of Megan being in to again explain it all!!Thank you so very much Debsx

I purchased 2 sims and broadband but after couple of days I cancelled my contact for poor costumer service and almost useless internet connectivity!
Now I have fully charged for all month for both SIM cards that I haven’t used!

Helpful Nico to the Rescue!
I came into the Norwich branch with a major issue with my phone that was not repairable by Apple (unless I wanted to spend over £500). I essentially needed to walk away with a working phone that day but not be severely out of pocket so went to Vodafone for help & Nico helped me out to form a plan that would be in my best interest. He answered every question, no matter how complicated they were or how many I had - he was incredibly helpful despite me bringing this drama to him first thing in the morning. He mentioned he was fairly new to the job but I think if he treats every customer with as much patience & friendliness he did me, he’ll continue to do great.

Vodafone Norwich Store Visit
My partner and I visited the Vodafone store in Chapelfield Norwich with the vision to change phones and contracts. We succeeded. We took a seat and waited as per protocol. Our Advisor Adam was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us suit our needs for our phones and contracts. Adam also assisted us with further deals for future with our children’s tablets with Vodafone. Very happy with the service we received today. I hope Adam receives acknowledgment for this feedback.
