Staff in the Nottingham store are kind and friendly and genuinely helpful
Everyone who I have spoken with has been outstanding and patient and very helpful in the Nottingham store; Tom was the staff member who was most helpful, I recognised him so returned to him a few times when I needed to get help locating a bill for my insurance company and when I decided to change to a different contract. Staff in this store really take the time to speak with you and make sure you are getting what you really want, and will point you in the direction of the best choices for you, rather than pushing you into something you don’t need. I have a lot of appreciation for that kind of integrity

Rob the nottingham superstar
Rob in the Nottingham store was brilliant, we had a number of issues but he helped is and got the best deal for us. We had to visit the store 4 times and each time he supported us. Absolute superstar. Having had a terrible couple of lengthy experiences on the phone, whereby nothing was done and unpleasant operators, he made me decide to stay with Vodaphone.
