A great deal and very helpful staff
After going round in circles browsing upgrade deals online, I decided to pop into the Paignton store. Clive found me a good deal and didn't try to sell me a more expensive plan. He was very helpful. When I collected my new phone, Dom was also helpful and made sure I knew how to set everything up before I left the store.

Great customer service
Che was incredibly helpful when choosing a new phone and contract. He was endlessly patient, knowledgeable and reassuring. I would usually order online, but I was really pleased I went to Vodafone today.

One of the worst decisions I've ever…
One of the worst decisions I've ever made (in 65 years) to switch 2 months ago from Hometelecom to Vodafone Broadband!! Problems from the get-go and now constant slow connection speed & endless buffering! I can't even watch a women's football highlights clip on my phone right now! Appalled by how bad it is. Wish so badly that I hadn't switched.

iPhone upgrade
I came in for an upgrade for the new IPhone, it was a very quick and easy process! I had Dom helping me for this and he was brilliant and very friendly, helped me with any questions I had and made me feel very welcome!
Would 100% recommend this shop all the guys here are great
