Issues resolved
Called in today as I’d recently joined Vodafone through a third party website, my phone number had ported over today but no Sim had arrived. Leaving me with WiFi usage only.
Charlotte was great, had a look at my account and managed to sort it within minutes. She also seemed to think the third party site looked like a Sim had possibly never been sent.
