The assistant (Brett) that served me was very knowledgeable , and a pleasure to deal with .
I had tried to do what I wanted firstly online and then by phone to a call center operator whom I couldn’t understand , so finally decided to go to a store , which I should've done first - it would have saved hours of time and heartache , literally .

Excelent customer service
Been into the Preston store today, together with my husband. We were interested in a new plan for both as well as new phones as our old network does not seem interested keeping their customers. The sales person, Rishi, was absolutely fantastic. Went above and beyond in order to help us get the best deal and ensure we are happy with our purchase and explain all steps. I went into the Preston store today as…
I went into the Preston store today as the contract on my phone will expire in a few days. I prefer to talk to someone rather than use the internet. I was assisted by Jabbir, who I found to be really helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. He found me a good deal with which I was very satisfied. I have been with Vodafone for many years and I am reluctant to change providers as I always receive very good customer service. Thank you. Christine Helm.

From now on, I will be visiting the store each time I need proper assistance and staff to discuss options with. Yes it’s great having everything online and it is easy, however, I encountered issues with this and visiting stores ensured everything was correct and the best deal was made.
Both Brett and Afy were excellent! A complicated issue resolved in a calm and friendly manner, with proper information, advice and guidance provided throughout.
You really do receive better quality and a personal approach when visiting in store.

Professional courtesy shown to customer by staff.
I came into upgrade phones for myself and my wife on the 24/07/24 and was served by Rishi. He took me professionally through the upgrade process after which I paid and left the shop. I returned on the 02/08/24 to collect the new phones and was served again by Rishi. He took me through the new phone and did the transfer of my info from the old phone to the new. I once again left the store satisfied with the service. I had to return today the 04/08/24 to request help with another file transfer, once again Rishi demonstrated patience and his professionalism in helping me. I left the store feeling very satisfied. I feel that I need to commend this young man and his professional manners throughout his interactions with me. He is a credit to Vodafone, and this needs to be made aware to his management.
