Went into the store to arrange a trade-in and upgrade and the staff were extremely helpful. Namely Max, Connor, and Ste. Very friendly and did everything they could do get me the best deal. Extremely satisfied with their service!

Leah was absolutely amazing throughout the whole ordering unfortunately due to error issues trying to order through store I had to resolve the the app but again Leah was amazing and so very helpful

Both workers were very helpful. One of them was called Leah but I didn’t get the other workers name but they were both very nice and helpful. They helped me get a cheaper deal and convinced me to stay with Vodafone.

Leah in the Redcar store was absolutely brilliant. She was very helpful and polite from start to finish.
The new phone contract went smoothly. She transferred everything from my old phone to the new one. She even helped transfer my mother's old phone apps etc to my old phone.
