I had such amazing service in store from Dom, I simply had to write a review! I went into store and really didn’t know what I wanted, Dom guided me through a heap of different options whilst ensuring my needs as a customer were met. Leslie at the VF shop in Retford was…
Leslie at the VF shop in Retford was exceptional today. I had two specific queries relating to a new contract I have recently entered into with VF. I left the store store with a strong sense that my contract is appropriate for my needs and that I learnt from Leslie that I have options within the contract to be flexible and review things as we go along.
I had a long and very informative conversation with Leslie today in the Retford shop and she was great at explaining the areas where I needed a little education on and she is clearly excellent at handling these type of situations as I wasn’t sure when I came into the shop today if my contract was appropriate- I left feeling confident it was.
So in summary, my experience today with Leslie was excellent and in regards to VF, I am comfortable to continue for the foreseeable future.
