Friendly staff, made you feel welcome right from the start. Explained everything clearly and always made sure that we were happy with everything discussed before progressing on. Maintained eye contact so made us feel that they were listening to our needs and matched what we required with a package that suited perfectly.
Both ladies that were there were pleasant and gave us a really pleasurable experience. This is why we always come to the Vodafone store in Retford.
