Julie is amazing
I have been with Vodafone for roughly 15 years. Since moving to the Retford area I have tried to go into store to deal with anything.
Julie is amazing. She has always tried her hardest to help me out and make sure things are sorted. She's always pleasant and extremely welcoming. Julie has always advised me on the best course of action for the situation and has spoke to 191 on my behalf to help me out knowing I have my own business to run and queries/issues need rectifying quickly.
I honestly couldn't think of anyway she could become a better advisor. Extremely knowledgeable in her field.

Vodafone Retford is truly exceptional and a significant credit to Vodafone. Julie convinced me to switch to Vodafone about 6 years ago, and I've never looked back. Customer Experience
Needed to update information on my partners phone as we were both paying over the odds on both accounts.
The lady in the Vodaphone shop Joanne Store Manager at Retford was very helpful and reduced our monthly payments also setting my wife on Spotify so we don't have to listen to the same music 10/10 would definitely recommend coming back thank you for your time.

Exceptional customer service
Visited the Retford store today as I had lost my business phone.
Staff as always exceptional and Iulia was absolutely outstanding.
Understood the situation and was 'up and running' , all sorted in less than 20 minutes.
