Chelsea (Shrewsbury Branch) has been brilliant throughout our experience from ordering the Doro 8100 for my elderly mother to setting it up on collection.
She was friendly and courteous throughout and was patient in explaining things in an appropriate manner to an 81 year old technophobe. She is an asset to the company.
