Very efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you.

Store manager brilliant

Delighted with the service

Unhappy
Came in for an iPhone upgrade and Jack was tremendous, a wonderful asset to the company.
Will have to take back the phone.
Not everything was transferred from my android phone to the I phone.
Not happy about having to reset all the passwords on the apps.
Expected it all to be done payed for it and expected to turn on New phone and be exactly as old phone.

Exactly what I wanted!
As my recently price hiked SIM only EE contracts had just expired I decided to go to Shrewsbury looking for a better deal. I visited O2 and found them to be less than satisfactory; they weren’t particularly interested and offered me a worst deal than EE! Then I visited the EE shop and although they were friendly they could not help me. They suggested I call their customer services!
Next stop Vodafone. I was attended by Jonathan who listened to exactly what contracts I wanted for my partner and I. He carefully explained various options to me and it was easy to make my choice. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and seems determined to do his best for the customer. Everything was explained clearly and transparently. He guided me through the change over and what I needed from EE whilst I rang them. He set everything up while I waited. I am amazed at the quality of service especially for a modest price contract. This was a thoroughly positive experience by a staff member who is a credit to Vodafone. I left the shop with a great feeling of knowing I had made the right choice.
