I went into the Vodafone shop in Skegness today to renew my sim only contract. I have been with Vodafone for many years but thought it was very expensive compared to other networks.
Peter the very pleasant man who served me today was brilliant, his customer service was excellent, nothing was too much trouble for him. He found the perfect package for me a lot cheaper and more for my money, contract 12mths instead of 24mths then he set everything up ready for the change over tomorrow.

Clear and instructive guidance was given. He helped us with our initial query re my mobile contract, upgraded my Internet on my contract, plus advised on our broadband. This allowed us to get a higher speed broadband contract too......

Great Service
Great Service. This branch of Vodafone was far and away the best I have ever had in comparison with some of their other branches. I had just moved home and was looking to upgrade my four year old phone and to obtain broadband for my new home. I had visited another Vodafone branch to do this only to find that I could not get through their security check with my bank card. I was told this was because I had just moved address and this may be causing the problem. I was told to check with my bank to see whether everything had been updated correctly. It had been. I visited that particular branch on three occasions within a week only to be told the same thing which was very frustrating and annoying particularly as I had been a Vodafone customer for 7 years. I was about to switch to another company but decided to visit Vodafone at Skegness for one final try. I am glad I did. The service and the atmosphere in the shop were completely different. I was served by Steve who was utterly professional and processed my order with no problems. Steve restored my faith in Vodafone and was extremely helpful even down to re programming my new phone with all the data from the old phone. I highly recommend this Vodafone store if you live in Lincolnshire as it is the best.

Went in store to fix my phone as the screen wasnt turning on. The guys in the atore were brilliant and it was fixed very quickly. Highly recommended this store for there efficiency
