Needed help for a charger as left home without it. Came into shop for help and the service, and kindness of the guy in st Andrews Vodafone shop was brilliant. Made me feel welcome and was more than kind. Helped me so much. Got a charger.

I’m a US international student here for the month and needed a short plan for me stay. I popped into the store and Danny helped me out with a prepaid plan that worked for me. Insult to Injury
Charging someone less tech savvy £25 to transfer data and files from one mobile to another is unfair especially if that person is a verified Vodafone customer. Insult to injury was being refused a sim card deal after Vodafone did a credit check.

I came into the St Andrews store today…
I came into the St Andrews store today to get my data transferred from my old phone to my new one and it was a bit problematic.
The staff in the store were extremely helpful and incredibly knowledgeable and, even facing the problems my request posed, they had everything sorted within a couple of hours.
They went above and beyond and I can't tell them how grateful I am.
Vodafone is very lucky to have the 3 people I saw as they are a real credit to the company.
