We were served by Tom yesterday in our nearest high street shop in Stafford. As a couple both in our 60s and not very tech-savvy he explained our renewal options clearly and patiently in a friendly manner without being condescending. (as unfortunately can sometimes be the case as an older person). We had an appointment elsewhere to attend to, and when we returned to the shop he had everything we needed to know written down for us and we were able to make an informed choice with an option that suited us best. What an excellent member of a great team. The whole experience was relaxed chatty and friendly.
