Excellent Customer Service
I recently visited the Stirling store as I was having a few issues with my phone. I was greeted with a welcoming smile from a young man called Graeme. He was so friendly and helpful, and very patient and all the issues were addressed and resolved I was very surprised and impressed with the level of Customer Service I received. Staff very friendly and efficient
Came into the store to upgrade my phone and it couldn’t have been easier! James got everything sorted for me in no time and was extremely helpful getting me a new phone that was within my current budget. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

Popped into the store the other day to get some help with my new phone. Alistair was really helpful and got all my old photos transferred over to my new device. Really appreciated him going the extra mile and explaining useful things I could do with my new model

Great store
I was completely clueless when I walked in but Ali put me at ease and helped me set up a new contract and really great deal. The Stirling store is definitely the most helpful and friendly store I’ve been to.

I came into store with a faulty SIM card and was seen by Ali who resolved it with no issues and even after resolving the fault got me on a better plan for less money with more data. First class service.
