A great experience
I came in to speak to an assistant about getting a new battery in my old phone.
In stead I decided to get a new one, as I couldn’t be without one, while it was being done. I have heart conditions and needed to have a phone for emergencies at all times. The young man I spoke too was lovely. His name was Tom. I’m a pensioner and am not very good at technology. Tom was brilliant, he was very polite, kind and patient. He showed me a number of options that I could afford and never once tried to upsell me anything that I didn’t want or need.

I was met at the door by Tom , who patiently ,kindly and very clearly explained the several alternatives I could chose from that would fit my requirements.
