Every time I visit
Every time I visit, I am met with the best level of service. We have built and maintained a long term relationship with Alia and always come back to see her! Store is so helpful and all colleagues are knowledgable and approachable, which is the main reason we have remained with Vodafone for so long!

People are quick enough to complain - but never to praise!
Todays experience was superb at the Lakeside Branch, I upgraded my phone/package and my mum also changed her plan.
From start to finish the team were helpful, had patience, informative, I am rubbish with technology but Tolu & Alia went over and above to ensure both phones up and running.
The whole branch had a great atmosphere and team feel.

Nav served us, he was extremely patient to explain us everything and find the best deals for us. Very kind and funny person.
Also, Sam, the store manager, has jumped in to help Nav with a small issue about my contract.
