Shout out to the amazing Vodafone store in Walton-On-Thames, and their wonderful customer service. Especially to Daryl. My husband and I are not particularly up on technical stuff. Daryl was very pleasant, engaging, patient and helpful. He made us feel that he actually cared, and we were not rushed. We have been with Vodafone since the very beginning and we wouldn't change.

Walton On Thames Branch
I moved to the UK a year ago, and for over a year, I’ve been trying to get my children’s and my cell phones fully connected. Recently, one of my children’s phones was completely disconnected due to a Vodafone IT issue. Thanks to Amar at the Walton-on-Thames branch, who worked incredibly hard to resolve the issue. He checked and worked on it almost every day for over 15 days. Additionally, Daryl at the same store also helped and made great efforts to fix it. If it weren’t for Amar or Daryl, I would have had to switch to another cell phone provider. Again, a huge thank you to both of them!

Extremely happy customer, had a tech service done in another store and it was done properly. Wasn't able to get back to the original store and explained to the manager the situation and he help resolves the issues and didn't thr tech team transfer of all my information from old device. Awful
Awful, the advisor Ammr told me that I need to take out more lines when I only want one to get a special discount on my monthly bill if I then returned them a couple of days later.
This sounds very dodge to me, as if it's something that benefits him and or vodafone. I decided that I would go elsewhere so I'm not being taken advantage of.
I hope this gets raised as I'm concerned that other people have been tricked into doing this.

Where to start?
Where to start ! I upgraded my phone through customer service big mistake! Because if you have a problem like l did they can't help ,my problem was that my airtime got cancelled (tech problem) even though l had my new phone & watch ,l couldn't use it my old sim wouldn't work ,so 4 days l had nothing only whatsapp, Vodafone were as useless as a chocolate teapot :( so l went to the Vodafone store & Darryl & Richard spent 8hrs over the next 2 days helping me ,which they didn't have too,as it was a customer service problem ,Vodafone should give them a rise because if they hadn't of spent time trying to solve my problem ,l would still be without it ,basically l had to open a new account ,new number ,l still have my old accont which I'll sure won't be easy to cancel .Vodafone you should be ashamed of yourself,I'm taking this further & will be looking for compensation,so the moral of the story go to the store to upgrade.
Darryl & Richard where extremely helpful ,my complaint is with Vodafone.
