I've decided to pay up my phone…
I've decided to pay up my phone contracts and move on. There mobile app doesn't allow you to cancel a product and they're customer service are India.
Had to go in store again to cancel both my daughters phones.
Even in store it took an hour.
An absolute disgrace !!!!

changing to a new iPhone
I was changing to a new iPhone. I asked for some advice on the difference between the latest models and expected longevity. I also wanted the new iPhone to be set up for me so I could walk out with a functioning new phone, with all my apps contacts photos etc transferred.
