Fantastic Experience
As I walked into the store I was immediately given a warm welcome by Sham. I had a rather complicated issue that I needed to resolve. Both Sham and Mercedes did their utmost to help me and I could not have asked for more. They went above and beyond to sort out the problem I had, and both were personable and professional in doing so. A massive thank you to Sham and Mercedes from me.

Kem the manager
The young man, Kem who is the manager in the Watford store was so polite and helpful. I was sold a phone in another store but was not told that moving from an iPhone to Samsung would be such a complicated process. Kem saw to my issue with no fuss and helped me move all my data across to my new phone. Nothing was too much for him and I would recommend him to my friends and family.
