Very happy with service provided
Had just upgraded my phone, but the SIM card had become stuck in the old phone. Vodafone colleague sorted it in no time and I opted to have the Premium Experience to have Vodafone transfer all my data and apps etc to the new phone. Done in no time at all and certainly saved me spending a lot of time if I had done this myself.
Excellent service!

Excellent customer service by AQSA
My husband was charged extra for a fault SIM card which meant to be cancelled by Vodafone an year ago as they sent us the new SIM card. But instead he was getting charged twice for both SIM at two different dates of the month. After reviewing the bank statement we realised that Vodafone is charging us twice for the same contract. To cut the long story short we had to go backwards and forwards with customer service and they sent us to the store in Watford, where we met the lovely customer service advisor named AQSA. She was really professional and helpful. She rang customer service again to explain the situation and managed to sort out everything whilst we were in store. She took time to make sure that everything is sorted correctly. Excellent example of customer service 👏.
