Jordan, top adviser
Our advisor for the last 2 Saturdays has been Jordan, we were with him for 2 hours each day whilst first choosing new phones and setting up our contracts and then this week to pick up our phones. He talked us through our new phones set them up for us and nothing was too much trouble for him.
I would highly recommend him and would say he is a huge asset to your store.

Helpful staff
Saffron from Wellingborough store was more than happy to help me with my data transfer from my old phone to my new one, she put me at ease following my negative experience with Northampton store. I will certainly be using Wellingborough store from now on with any queries. I walked in and was seen straight away and when I returned to pick the phone up Saffron asked another member of staff to hand my phone back and check everything had transferred as she was busy, I didn't catch his name but he was also very pleasant. They both made me feel they wanted to help me unlike Northampton store.
