Great customer service
I came in and sat with Amanda in the Weymouth office. She was very helpful, fully explaining everything and was very polite and respectful. Amanda completed the tasks asked and at all times I felt comfortable and not pressured to make decisions. I will be remaining a Vodafone customer. Thank you.

Thank you to Amanda for all her knowledge and patience with me, I've not purchased a phone or made a contract in a few years so I felt completely clueless going in and quite indesicive about what I wanted. Amanda was so helpful and knowledgeable she took time to answer all my questions and gave me a breakdown of all the payment plans and added broadband I could purchase. The whole staff and team also was very accommodating to my little furbaby so I appreciated that massively and he loved being made a fuss out of. Overall such a pleasant and effecient service.
