Excellent service from beginning to end.

Conner is an asset to your team
I recently had the pleasure of working with Connor. Connor is an exceptional member of your team, and I highly recommend Vodafone for this reason. I recently visited the Weymouth store for some advice on how to set up my elderly father with Alexa. My father had a stroke the week prior which greatly affected his vision and thus the ability to see a dial pad on his phone, thus cutting off his ability to make social and essential phone calls. He lives alone, and I wanted to explore the Alexa option so he could activate phone calls by speech. Connor was amazing. He explained everything to me and what I needed to do to get this set up. I went back a few days later to open the contract, and Connor worked through the process with me. At the end of setting up the contract in my dads name, he explained that he needed a signature from my dad. My dad happened to be in the car waiting for me- he was unable to walk from the car to Vodafone so Connor (in the pouring rain) said no problem I will bring the contract to him and off we went to the car park with a pen. I am happy to report that my 85 year old father is now able to make speech activated phone calls through Alexa - it's live changing for him. I could not have done all of this without Connor. I am eternally grateful for this wonderful individual going above and beyond to help make such a huge difference in someone's life. THANK YOU CONNOR. A true asset to your company.

Matt was amazing!
Matt was amazing!! He spent a lot of time going over the options and building the account (which had broadband AND multiple devices!). Not only that he was very patient when we needed to change the billing a number of times at the beginning. He went above and beyond, staying well after the store should have closed to ensure that we could get everything done that day.

I had 2 queries, one for the bill & one for the Apple Watch. I went into the Weymouth Vodafone store where 3 people were helping me with it. All very helpful and lovely people- Luke, Dan & Sarah. Most excellent service & they solved one problem although it did take a while & the other I have to call 191. I thoroughly recommend the store to anyone
