Always happy and helpful
Came in to weymouth store to collect my purchase. I was frustrated because I had been waiting a week for the iPad without a message from Vodafone.
However, Dave was very calm and patient and sorted it right out with his usual banter.
That's why I prefer to come into store

Great Service
I went to Vodafone and had a great experience. The Assistant Manager, Matt, helped me. He had beautiful blue eyes and was very helpful with the transfer of my SIM card ownership. I'm happy with the service I received and would recommend this shop to others.
