I had a fantastic experience at the Vodafone store (Birkenhead branch), thanks to John (who was on loan to this branch from Wigan for the day)! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm and friendly attitude. He was incredibly knowledgeable, answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. John went above and beyond to ensure we found the right plan and devices for our needs. His professionalism and customer service were exceptional. It’s not every day you encounter someone as dedicated as John, and I truly appreciate his help. Highly recommend him if you're ever at the Vodafone store!

Lovely customer experience
We went into the wigan store to sort our wifi out and was assisted by Abbie who was lovely, friendly and explained everything to us and sorted us with a good plan which suited us

I recently when In to the wigan store to upgrade my phone contact as I been struggling trying to do it over the phone. As I entered the store I was greeted from a young lady called shannon, she made it super easy to upgrade my phone and she show how to sign into my Vodafone account. Kind soul.
Tom who was sorting me out with a contract was helpful gave me options but not to many based on how much data I was using. He was friendly, helpful and kind it made my experiance better and relaxed and if more people like him life would be easier and stress free.

We met Tom 3 years ago in Wigan store who was very helpful and sorted a good deal. We went back yesterday to update and add additional phone. Tom was there to sort everything out again and made everything simple to understand. Very efficient and we came away with a good deal. Thanks Tom

Wigan store abysmal attitude
Visited the Wigan store today to ask for help updating my phone using Vodafone data. The young man in store looked really friendly and helpful, but the girl who served me was stoney faced, dismissive, arrogant and completely unfriendly. PLEASE get a different job if you can't be bothered to be nice to people. What a awful attitude she displayed to customers. I visited Thurs 19th Sept at approx 9.45am. That store used to be thriving, but it always seems empty now, and I'm not surprised with that unprofessional attitude

Bad service
The lady who service me was not helpful. Refuse to discuss why identity check was not successful. The shop is empty S no customer there . Would not advice anyone to go there . Very bad experience 😕

Great service, very friendly
I came in to the store to change my phone and was served by Tom. He was very helpful in explaining the different phones and plans that were available, as well as setting up my new phone. I have been served by him in the past and on both occasions he has been very helpful and friendly.
