Patient and helpful
We had a few problems on the account, a lovely gentleman named Callum had helped us out with a lot of things. It took overall an hour or two for it to he sorted out, but throughout the whole thing he has been nothing more but helpful and so very patient with us. He had manages to find a lot of discounts and smaller prices for us to work with as well as made us laugh a little while we waited with the system being a little slow that day.

Comprehensive and friendly service
I needed a new phone. Vodafone Wigan was the nearest store for me and I prefer face to face shopping whenever possible.
From being greeted as soon as I walked in to a great deal being sourced for me, I cannot fault the help I received from Jade, nothing was too much trouble.
I’d previously been told that my ancient email would not transfer to a new phone but she even sorted that for me.
Every question I asked she answered with a full easy to understand explanation.
Plus there was a good atmosphere in store.
I am a long term customer and I’ve never had a bad experience but Jade’s service was the best.

Alex and Jade was spot on. We came In to get a upgrade and despite all the problems with the account, they was polite, patient and presented excellent customer service. They are an asset to the team, and could not be more thankful to then.
