Misleading sales
As a new resident from Hong Kong, I recently purchased a cellphone from Vodafone and was persuaded to take out their insurance policy, which had a minimum term of three months. Imagine my dismay when I discovered that AppleCare offered the same coverage for just £7 a month on a two-year contract. Unfortunately, due to Vodafone's misleading information, I missed the 60-day window to purchase AppleCare directly from Apple.
When I contacted Vodafone to cancel the insurance after the three-month period, I even offered to pay for the entire three months upfront. However, they refused to terminate the policy immediately, citing ridiculous system limitations. This is utterly unacceptable. I should not be forced to pay for a service I no longer want or need.
To make matters worse, the staff at Vodafone misled me. As a first-time buyer from a network provider, I was never informed that I could still purchase AppleCare even if the phone was bought elsewhere. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.
Due to this appalling treatment, I will be switching my four phone numbers and broadband service to another provider as soon as my contract ends. I strongly urge others to consider alternatives to Vodafone to avoid similar headaches.

Phone upgrade - great experience
I dread phone renewal time but Jason and his colleague at Vodafone Wimbledon made things super easy. They also managed to fix a blip on my existing phone whilst waiting.
Please with the new phone contract agreement which included a great trade in value on my old phone.
