So helpful and patient!
Recently came in with my grandparents to sort out topping up their phones after realising that the top up cards are no longer used. The staff were really helpful and patient with all of their questions. My Nan came away with a new phone and set up contract which means she doesn't need to worry about adding credit every month. Fantastic service and would recommend to anyone!

Fardeen from Vodafone Windsor was of amazing help, after the poor to no service from EE Windsor who blanked me once I said was a sim only package. Fardeen took the time to go through packages and options, whilst always maintaining a professional manner.

Best customer service from Noreen and Fardeen made us laugh and both were very helpful on going through the plans the banter they had with us was the right amount and kept it very professional it’s very helpful coming into store and talking to someone and I would recommend Vodafone to my other family members. The guys in the over in the Windsor store are very helpful I had come in with a issue where vodafone had sent me the wrong device the lovely boys in the store helped and made sure the issue was resolved. I will be sure always to come into the store to do my upgrades.

Vodafone Windsor Saved The Day
Vodafone Windsor saved the day. My mobile "froze" and nothing I tried would release it from the frozen page. Tried closing down, even removed sim and reinserted - to no avail. I could see there was a Vodafone sign in main street and rushed down there. Fardeen and Noreen were so caring (they could see I was distressed). They said the network wasn't experiencing issues and managed to get the phone going again. So grateful to them. The big thing was that they cared. I live in Reading, and in my experience, whenever I've been there they are quite unfriendly, superior - very different from the guys in Windsor. Huge thanks Fardeen and Noreen.

Where do I start ! 👍 Alway use the Windsor store & I went in for help with my dying IPhone 7plus. Aadil was there & straight away, I knew he was going to be helpful. I ended up with a new phone, new contracts, new broadband & saved some money. And didn’t feel I was pushed into it.
Lesson learnt - make sure you go in when contract ends or you will pay more, don’t wait nearly 3 yrs like I did !
Aadil was marvellous so very helpful, explained everything to me. He works in Camberley shop too. Spent nearly 2 hrs in there over 2 days & he was very patient. 5 ⭐️ thank you Aadil
