A new phone
A very friendly and helpful guy named Jomir assistant manager . He was patient and very knowledgable . He explained everything very clearly to me and didn’t rush me . I would highly recommend this store. An absolutely fantastic store and service .

I'm happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a good smartphone that did the basics ,Speaking with Amreen got me exactly what I wanted and was a very well mannered and respectful women and made me proud of the deal I had received today and helped me choose out the perfect phone. I visited the Witney store to send my i…
I visited the Witney store to send my i Phone 13 pro back to Voda for a software update (Face ID not working) and the guys in Witney helped accordingly. Sadly Voda got in touch to say the phone was damaged and out of warranty (this was a shock to me) 5 hours on the phone being passed around Vodafone and being told “the computer says no” they sent back my phone to my personal address as a way to get rid of me and remove me
As a problem… :( I went back to store (not full of hope) and Elliot and team were super helpful and full of empathy and helped with a replacement. I can’t thank the Witney team enough. They went the extra mile when Vodafone or rather x 4 individual departments all tried to palm me off or pay £600 for something damaged in transit or on receipt.
Thank you Witney team and Elliot you made a stressful situation much easier to bare.

Jomir was brilliant in the vodafone store in witney. I am a elderly lady and dont understand technology much and he went out of hes way to help me rectify my issue. I always use this store and recommend them highly. Brilliant all round
