Had a great experience with this…

Had a great experience with this Vodafone agent. She was very professional, helpful, and experienced. You can tell she has been doing this for years because her customer service was excellent. She truly deserves recognition and should definitely be considered for a manager position.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience at Vodafone. When I visited the store, the staff didn’t explain the contract details at all. I went back to cancel the contract, and I had an extremely unpleasant interaction with a staff member whose name I believe started with Jasleen She was very rude and spoke to me in a very dismissive manner. I don’t understand why someone with such a poor attitude is kept in this role. I am truly frustrated and will not be using Vodafone again. I hope management takes this seriously and improves their customer service

I visited the Vodafone shop in Woolwich…

I visited the Vodafone shop in Woolwich this evening to make an enquiry, and I was quite disappointed with the service I received. The staff member who assisted me, Jasleen, came across as aggressive and spoke very loudly, almost as if she was shouting. I found this uncomfortable, especially as she repeated my postcode and home address out loud, which raised concerns about privacy. Overall, the interaction felt unprofessional and unhelpful. I felt so scared
