Fantastic service and quality! I ordered a pair of made to measure curtains with lining from the company which were delivered on time and beautifully made. However I realized that I had miscalculated the measurements so the curtains wouldn't fit my rail! I also wasn't too fond of the lining in retrospect.
I contacted their customer service to see if they could be sent back and altered. They responded swiftly and were very understanding. They offered to send me a completely new pair with he correct measurements and agreed to remove the lining, free of charge! My new curtains fit perfectly!

Customer service was amazing, rushed through an order for me so it arrived before I went on holiday and responded to emails really promptly. The made to measure voiles were beautiful when they arrived, very well made and finished and lovely quality. Really carefully packed and looked fab when hung, sizes were spot on.

I exhaustively searched every online curtains store to find burgundy chenille curtains for my home cinema room. Only Voila Voile had them. The choices of fabrics was far superior to any I had seen elsewhere. I like the website. I especially love the way all curtains can be customized the same way, so you can have any combination you want. This was perfect because they needed to be a custom size. One wave (unlined) because it's a double-sided partition, and one eyelet for over the window, with blackout lining. Nowhere else could I obtain this material with these customizations made to measure. They obviously know they have an advantage here because of the price. I've probably spent over £1000 with them now for 2 large pairs of curtains. Yes, very expensive. Took about 3-4 weeks for each one to come. When dispatched I had a notification and DPD tracking and then they arrived next day. The only thing can be improved is the price and the speed. Otherwise this is the go-to company.

Customer services were efficient in notifying me of a batch colour change and resending a sample to view before placing delivery. Fabric arrived as expected, well packaged and good quality. Very pleased with quality and pricing, would definitely recommend and use again.

Great quality curtains, I had an issue with one thing (due to my own error) and they very kindly fixed it for me, even though it had been made to order. First rate and speedy customer service!

Update: I complained to Voila Voile about the quality of the material I received, they have carried out an investigation and have fully refunded the money I paid! First rate customer service.

The material I received was the worst I have ever sewn with. The design was lovely but the quality of the fabric was dreadful, it didn't fray, it shredded, when handled or cut with pinking shears.

Great experience ordering voile wave sheers. Helpful customer service contacted me to check the order was correct. Delighted with the curtains, high quality and only took a few weeks to arrive.

I accidentally ordered the wrong drop due to a typo and they provided a replacement set of curtains for just the difference in price. That was really above and beyond normal customer service. I've had two sets of curtains from them now and both have been excellent quality and well made. Highly recommended!

The curtains are so delicate and luxurious! Curtains are the prettiest shade of pastel cloud grey was exactly the way I had envisioned. I scoured the internet for a full there days before landing on Voila Voiles; the craftsmanship and customer service was just beyond. Thank you for ensuring the curtains arrived in a hasty manner for my event. They were lovely!! I cannot wait to order more curtains from Voila Voile for the other rooms.

I received a sample of my chosen fabric in the mail and was very happy with the colour and quality of fabric so proceeded with an order.
Unfortunately when the actual fabric arrived after several weeks it was a completely different type of fabric. The sample was a woven linen look (exactly what I wanted) however what was supplied was a fluffy brushed polyester!
I immediately contacted the company via email and Web chat to request a refund.
I enclosed photos of the sample and supplied product as proof and within 2 business days my full refund was back in my account.
I'm disappointed that I couldn't get the desired fabric as the sample was perfect, however their customer service has been great with getting my refund back to me.
I'd highly recommend getting a sample before any purchase as it gives you some reassurance if things do go wrong.

Questionable company
I make all my own curtains and called Voila Voile to make an enquiry with a view to ordering fabric. The call was answered from overseas. The operator had no knowledge of the fabrics listed on their corporate website or indeed the process of curtain make up. Concerned, I checked Voila Voiles reviews on Trustpilot, their listing on Companies House Gov.UK, and their stated business address on Streetview.
This research did not give me the confidence to place an order, particularly when their projected delivery period is 3-4 weeks for a cut fabric length
Their website suggests they are based in the UK and that they are able to supply a wide range of appealing fabrics
6 weeks on, I still haven't received the promised email answering my enquiry regarding something as simple as 'pattern match', one of the first things taught in dress/curtain making !!

I placed my order with a competitor.

Gorgeous curtains at so much more reasonable price than any of our local drapery stores in SoCal! And the craftsmanship is definitely superb! Highly recommended!!!
