Fantastic curtains! Right from placing the order the service has been first class. The curtains are so beautiful and perfectly sized. This company is first class.

Really happy with my curtains that were custom made to fit my french door measurements. Good quality fabric and great customer service. The live chat function was very helpful as I was able to get answers to my questions quickly.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Ordered a set of 4 voiles in grey, arrived absolutely fine and perfect. A month later decided to get the same ones for the back window and ordered the exact same and this time they came purple, when I raised it to customer service the answer I got was awful.

"The grey ones come out purple"

How dare you as a company try and pull this, im am taking this up with trading standards as I provided evidence of the front ones in comparison to the back one and they out right refused to accept they were different despite a clear difference.

The service I got from Voila Voile was superb, with helpful advice, so that I could make the right choice. The voile curtains I received were beautiful and perfect in every way. The quality of the sewing is the best I have seen and the voile fabric is high quality and looks really special. Well worth the money and far better than anything on sale in the High Street. Highly recommended.

I have ordered their curtains twice and I cannot be happier with their products! There are so many choices, not just fabrics, but how you want your curtains to be finished. There are detailed guides, which also help you decide the length and so on. After I ordered, they sent me a confirmation email for me to check if I ordered exactly what I wanted. This time I spotted my own mistake in measurement thanks to that. The curtains are absolutely gorgeous and elegant and the price was fair and reasonable. One of a very very few companies that make me feel like purchasing more and recommending to others!

APPALLING COMMUNICATIONS THAT IS BELOW ZERO , NOT RESPONDING TO EMAILS, ONLY AFTER X4 DAYS LATERS OR MORE !.. NEVER RETUNING THE CALLES ON TIMES ,AGAIN YOU HAVE TO WAIT OVER X4 DAYS OR MORE , ON ONE WHO ANSWERED THE TELEPHONE EVER , I EVEN TRIED THE USA TELEPHONE , THATS IS INVALID . ONLY A VOICE MESSAGES , OR THAT STUPID CHAT LINE , THATS GETS YOU NO WEAR .NEVER FOLLOWING OR RESPONDING TO YOUR QUESTIONS . NEVER TAKING NO FOR AN ANSWER . WHEN I HAVE ASKED TO CANCELLED THE ORDER . TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH ZERO BUSINESS ETHICS OR INTEGRITY , TELLING YOU ONE THINGS AND THEN ANOTHER , LYING CONSTANTLY .JUST UNACCEPTABLE .

Couldn’t be happier with the curtain I’ve chosen. It arrived very quickly, it’s the perfect size and it looks even better in real life than on the website. Absolutely delighted- thank you 😊

Absolutely delighted with my semi sheer curtains. I had a chat with one of the Voila Voile ladies to ask for some advice before ordering. She was so knowledgeable and helped me to make my choices. The curtains arrived earlier than the estimated delivery and look sensational - exactly the look I was hoping to achieve. Will certainly be ordering more for my house.

Really pleased with our new linen/cotton blend voiles. They look lovely (great colour), appear to be well-made (stitching looks good), and they arrived very promptly considering they are made-to-measure and were sent abroad. I took a star off because I think the weights at the bottom could have been better placed (they don't sit properly at the bottom of the curtain as they're slightly too long for the width) and they could have been a little weightier to really create the impression of a 'luxurious' curtain.

Avoid at all costs. their sewing work is so cheap and unprofessional and they seem to use cheap material that is not the same as the sample they send out. don't waste your time and money as you will be disappointed after a long wait.

The voiles look lovely, really pleased with how they turned out. I followed the website instructions on how to take measurements and ordered samples beforehand. I was actually going to go with another company beforehand but they took ages to respond to my emails whereas voilavoile were always very prompt in sending the samples, and responding to my questions.

I did have to wait a month for the curtains to be delivered but that was very clearly stated from the start so I was expecting the long wait.

Sent for samples first to make sure I was happy with the colour and fabric. Ordered them online and received the full order back just over 2 weeks later. Packaged expertly and when I opened them WOW they are perfect. The quality is superb and great value for money

very disappointed not as advertised .. Ordered what I thought was white however when they eventually arrived they are cream/off white in colour mis representation on the web site .. they were made to measure so can't return I understand this fully having paid 90.00 for them I would be happy to return them with a refund gesture of some sort .. However contacted Voila to vent my concern sent a photo next to my previous white voil they were not convinced they are cream clearly shows in photo ?? I have now ordered very nice quality quick serviced & half the price from a rival company and i am over the moon with my order.

The voile curtains are lovely. I have received so many positive comments from friends and families.
