Carol is superb. She is very friendly and aided me in reducing my anxiety of renting a car for the first time. She spent time with me explaining the internal mechanisms of the car. The car was clean, comfy and great to drive. Brilliant all round service.

Every year I look forward to my UK visit and interacting with Carol. The car is always presented clean and ready for driving. Always a pleasure to drive the Golf.
Just cannot fault the service from this company and Carol herself.

I came to see family from Australia and was put on to VW to hire a car for the day by my brother. Well Xarol made the experience so easy and price was affordable that I came back the following week and hired another for a week !!! Carol was a star and so helpful and patient! Collecting the vehicle she explained how every thing worked, made sure your comfortable before leaving the premises, returning vehicle was so straight forward.

My second time renting a transporter from VW in Ashford. Great service, a brand new van, quick process and frankly, just a lot better than all other options. If you want a white van that has been around the block there are cheaper places, if you want a nice non-sign written van with good service this is the best place to go.
