Excellence service provided from VWFS Ashford,no hidden costs and nice cars provided all the time exactly what as booked.Top service since I work with more than one year in regular basis,just worry free.All round friendly staff as well,what do you need more.Would recommend to anyone.

Get the specific car you hire. Really good value. Price includes mileage and insurance/breakdown. Reasonably low deposit taken for excess. All details emailed to you. Only issue would be no facility to leave vehicle out of hours as other more established companies have.

Five star because of Carol who dealt with changes to the hire period whilst my car was in the workshop for 3 weeks .

We don't rent cars very often but when we do we usually feel as though we have been taken advantage of. Not so with VWFS. A very good basic price and add ons great value as well. Excellent service from Carol who made the whole process hassle free and easy. An added bonus was a brand new Tiguan to drive.

Had to hire a car at very short notice, and the VW Golf was a great car choice! Carol was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks for all your help - Carol, you're a star! Would use this car hire again, and I'm very happy to recommend VWFS Rent-a-Car Ashford, to anyone.

Fab experience, excellent service, even pointed out that we hadn't paid the online drop-off parking fee at Heathrow airport that we wouldn't have noticed and saved us a fine! We'll be back for sure the next time we need to rent a car.

Bit out of the way car good excellent service on our arrival not so good going back to station however, one young man at the car sales got us a Taxi others were less than helpful
