By far the best car rental experience I’ve ever had! Right from the start the process was extremely simple and so easy. Carroll was absolutely amazing and the level of customer service and professionalism provided by her honestly just blew me away. She made my car rental experience unbelievably easy and more importantly stress free. These guys honestly know how to take care of there customers and are always willing to go the extra mile especially so in my case as Carrol was so kind to drop me off to the train station. I was so pleased with experience I needed extending my rental twice with no problems at all and the cost was honestly fantastic compared to some other other places I tried especially as my car was automatic. I definitely recommend these guys and will always be using them here on. Already plan to making a booking for Feb. Thanks again to Carrol and the amazing team at VWFS Ashford. You guys are amazing!!
