VWFS Rent-a-Car - Ashford Reviews 

I had been struggling to look for a people carrier for a trip and everywhere was fully booked and just as I was about to give up I came across VWFS Rent-a-car website. It was so user friendly and simple, I was able to search for a vehicle I wanted and was able to find out through the website whether the vehicles are available for the dates I wanted rather than other places where I had to constantly ring up to find out or pay via their website and be told later the vehicle was unavailable. This made the whole booking process so easy and stress free, on the day of picking up the car I was met by a lovely lady called Carol, she was very kind, professional and really knows customer care it made the whole process stress free. They are worlds apart from your regular car rental places in all aspects, great prices, well serviced, comfortable and well looked after vehicles I definitely will rent from them again.

Carol at VWFS rent-a-car was super helpful, friendly and communicative. We had a great trip with our rental car. If you are doubting whether to rent at VWFS in Ashford, you won't regret it!

Absolutely brilliant. Carol went to no end of trouble to make sure our complicated mix of flights, trains, hired car and travelling with 2 small children went perfectly. She arranged for the company to buy 2 child seats for us to hire at a very reasonable rate, in short - she is an angel!
Deposit was transferred back the next working day.

Excellent value car hire.

We hired a 7 seater at short notice. It took a little time to obtain the necessary paperwork to take the car overseas for our holiday but other than that the whole process was easy. The staff were all really helpful and the car was relatively new and suited us perfectly. We will definitely book with this company again.

I think when spending circa £850 then a courtesy car should be standard. having said that the car I got was tidy, and reasonably priced

I think this was the absolute best car rental experience I have ever had! From the initial phone call from the USA to book the car right through picking it up & returning it at the end of the week...the entire experience was so smooth & easy thanks to Carol! Even the cost of the rental was second to none in the area!
