Hired a VW Transporter Kombi from Derby for a family trip. The booking process was easy to do and the vehicle was clean and nearly new when collected. Handover was good with an overview on controls etc. Overall a great experience at unbeatable value at the time.

Needed a larger car for a trip away and found this service was excellent value for money, easy to organise and great car available.

Great service from Felicity at Derby, the car was very clean and suited our purpose very well, price was competitive too.

We first went to VW Derby and spoke to Felicity about renting a car for our holiday. She couldn’t have been more helpful and professional in advising us with which car to pick for our family holiday.
We then picked up the car and Felicity had all the documents ready for us to sign, she was very efficient! We quickly drove away in the rental car within 15 minutes of arrival.
Overall, our experience of the rental was all down to Felicity’s professional and helpful manner. What a star and an asset to the VW rental company!

2 day hire of VW transporter supplied in excellent condition. Hire arrangements were straightforward with no hidden extras and represented excellent value for money. Special mention to Felicity Millward (Parkway Derby) for her excellent customer service. She was incredibly efficient and responsive to all my queries. One suggestion for the marketing of the service, why not call it a vehicle hire service? The headline branding of VWFS is not obviously a vehicle hire service. Just a thought.

Outstanding service from booking online, picking the vehicle up and returning the vehicle! The vehicle itself was brilliant and the price I paid for 9 days rental was a 3rd of what I’d been quoted from other rental companies so it’s safe to say I’ll be using vw rental in the foreseeable future

Had a transporter van for 12 days , the van was absolutely superb , the customer service was superb, I will definitely use these again , even though I had to travel an hour on train it was well worth it , overall I was very happy and satisfied with their service

Really quick, efficient and easy service. Booked online on Thursday, rented on Saturday and returned on Monday morning with little admin / hiccups.
