Excellent service from start to finish, you can only book cars which are available not like other companies such as enterprise cars who will take your money online when no car is available and you need to fight and wait for long periods of time to get your money back, VW have reasonable rates of hire, low deposit and excess compared to other companies and fast efficient collection and drop off, if your reading this review before deciding where to hire from then look no further and forget other well known companies as previously mentioned!

Very good service, they don’t try and sell you any extra’s. Excellent customer service. Overall cheaper than Enterprise who I have rented from previously. I would definitely use these over Enterprise if I need to rent a car in the future.

Sarah was brilliant from start to finish. Answered all questions that we had prior to leaving . The hiring process’s was so easy and such an affordable price! Will definitely be using these again.

I'm becoming a regular / frequent user of Pulman Durham for vehicle rental, which I use for business purposes. This is predominantly as a consequence of reliability issues with trains and flexibility of travel.

Steve and Tracey deliver an excellent, friendly and ease of service alongside great quality vehicles. My most recent vehicle was a near brand new VW Tiguan that I had for 6 days.

I've already made a booking for next week.
