Friendly service. Quick handovers

Fantastic, friendly and helpful service. Needed a car to take on holiday whilst own was in for MoT; brand new car supplied at a very competitive rate.

Great experience with this company. Needed a car with a bigger boot for a festival.

Booked online and the car was ready for pick up at the agreed time.

No fuss with the paperwork and no issues dropping the car back a few hours earlier than planned.

Would use this company again.

Me & my family went to pick up our car which we had pre booked for hire at the Ipswich branch. We had previously used this company on two other occasions & found them good.
On this occasion tho, we arrival at the Reception, the employee greeted as like he should. Then asked " how could he help".... I replied "we have come to pick up our car which we have booked with yourselves". Then the look on his face then said it all!!! He then said " I'm not expecting no collections today!" "Im just here filling in for someone"! "I haven't got a clue were to start on this side of this business "!!! We really didnt want to hear that as we had preplanned everything. We felt really let down. The employee did do very well considering tho, i felt very sorry for him to be put in a position of which he really didnt have a clue.... He finally got help after making lots of phone calls. Very slowly he got things rolling.... Next we was taken outside to our hire car. The car was covered in bird poo & it was dirty inside too! The employee did apologise. we had no choice, but to take it. I drove it home & gave the car a wash, a hover out & then sanitized it.... On returning the car back, the office said it was closed displaying a very small note in the window. It said go over to the main car showroom to return keys ect. After going over there no one seemed to know whos job that was!!! After been told to wait, about 30 minutes later someone finally came over and done all the necessary paperwork & checked over the car. We really felt let down on the whole experience of using this company. I am due to hire another car in October!!! SAY KNOW MORE ..... MR SADLER....

Friendly staff & hassle free collection & Return

This was a very sensitive time for me due to my husband passing away. Having had a mobility vehicle which I could no longer drive. I needed a vehicle quickly while scourcing one for myself. Paul was extremely helpful and understanding. Excellent service all round with collection and return. I would have no hesitation in using again if needed and would certainly recommend to others.

Hired a car whilst mine was being repaired. Reception was prompt and courteous and paperwork was explained clearly. When I returned the car the hand over was again prompt and staff friendly and courteous. Would not hesitate to use again and recommend to others.
