there was no customers parking on site, the contract had no previous scratches of the car on the form, it took a while to check out and the return was even worse as if not returned before closing time on Friday I would have been charged for 2 extra days.

Shannon at the Ipswich branch was super helpful. All my questions were answered and the handover was done efficiently!

Shannon and Paul could not have been more helpful throughout the whole process. We were struggling to find a suitable car to take to France through other national companies. We came across VWFS and popped in to make enquiries and came out with the car we needed at a fantastic price. These guys were very patient with our endless questions about taking the car abroad. The car was as described and suited our needs perfectly . Shannon gave us our detailed explanation on pick up and Paul was fantastic on the car return.

The car was fantastic and a pleasure to drive (with 4 adults and luggage for several weeks we needed a sizable boot).

I needed a larger SUV to take my family on a long trip, I was able to hire a seven seat Skoda which was ideal. The pick up and drop off was a smooth experience with very friendly staff.

Made a last minute hire and was really pleased with how simple they made everything. Good prices and would definitely use again in the future.

Visited vw ipswich pre booked hire car, was seen by car hirer employee who was very helpfull and gave me information and prices, Picked up vehicle from hire firm was seen by a young ladywho sorted out all paper work and gave excellent service

I chose VWFS for their competitive pricing. The staff were very helpful at start and finish of the rental. Will definitely use them again.

5 star service, the team where efficient in setting up my rental and delivery of the car to us. It was easy process and 100% coming back to Paul and Shannon when we next need a car for a couple of days.

When I collected the car, I was understandable asked to look round it for damage. I commented at the time how am I meant to inspect the car in a carpark that was not floodlit. I tried my best to inspect in the dark and was advised there was no previous damage. So as matter of TRUST I signed the document to say it was all good .
Upon return, in the day light there was found to be a 1mm chip to the front screen and this needed to be investigated ?
I then received a phone call to say I was liable and they were taking the money from my deposit. I pleaded my innocence, but was told to write an email as I was not able to discuss with a manager .
I refused and asked for a call back that I never received, so they didn't even have the curtesy to do this!

The staff were very helpful. The VW Caddy was high quality at a reasonable price and was perfect for accommodating our visiting family and all the gear needed for the grandchildren. Would recommend to friends and family.

Seamless process from start to finish. Paul is 1st class to deal with and guides you through the journey. We hired a 5 seater Transporter for a Norfolk holiday and enjoyed the vehicle soo much we are looking to buy one.
