Start to finish a great experience. Easy to book on line, curtesy call the day before reassuring, great customer service collecting and returning the car from Samia, really friendly and no hassle. Also a fantastic 23 plate Skoda Kodiaq 7 seater - absolutely spotless at a very good price. Great all round experience, would strongly recommend and will use again

This truly is the Best Car Hire place around, no fuss, no hasle go with your deposit, get your key, and drive it's literally that simple, take the car back like for like with petrol/diesel give the key back and ya done, no dramas. Price wise they are the cheapest for the quality cars on offer, trust me go VWFS and you won't go anywhere else.

I have been a regular customer at VW Liverpool and have rented vehicles several times. Every car that I rented has been safe and reliable. Moreover, Sameera at the Liverpool VW rental desk as been amazing by providing the best customer service.

Oil light came on a few miles into journey had to bring car back to have oil put init and then while on motorway found that there was no water to clean windscreen which led to a dangerous situation unable to see through windscreen and not a cheap rental neither!

We rented a Tiguan Allspace for 12 days for a number of lengthy trips. The booking process was extremely easy, and the service received at Liverpool VWFS was outstanding - warm welcome, helpful, knowledgeable, really great. The car itself was fantastic, very comfortable and efficient. Other hire car agencies don’t confirm or commit to giving you a specific vehicle, but VWFS does.

I rented a car from Liverpool VW for a week as my car needed repairs - I booked an automatic polo. Easy booking system online, car was clean and easy accessible on collection. Lovely to drive, I now would think about purchasing a VW in the future. Customer Service Advisor Samia was really helpful thank you.

Great experience, and very reasonable price. The exact model that I had booked was not available, but I got a call the day before asking if I was happy with a different model (same class, same price), which I was. At larger car hire companies, they would simply give you whatever was available...

After initial confusion with the website (still miles better than other websites I visited !), the initial hiring all began to go swimmingly. This was reinforced by the help and reassurance given (by Kinzan), when I went to pick up the car the next day. The hire car was in excellent condition and spotlessly presented and performed excellently. All has gone smoothly and Kinzan has already contacted me to tell me that my deposit will soon be refunded. If I need to hire again, VWFS Rent-A-Car at Johnsons Volkswagen, Liverpool will be my first port of call.

I have rented from VWFS on several occasions and have found them to be extremely helpful. The cars are clean and reliable and the prices are very competitive. The hire process is easy, I would definitely hire from them again.

Kinza at Johnson’s VW in Liverpool was a great rep for this rental program. This is such a great program from VW. I was visiting from America for the month of July and no big named car rental agency could come close to the quality of car for the price. Will be back.
