Needed a hire car to cover 2 weeks between the sale of my own car and arrival of a new car. Very competitive prices, quite a bit cheaper than the usual names in the car hire market. Vehicle was only a few months old spotlessly clean on arrival with plenty of petrol in the tank. Everything clearly explained on pickup. Can’t fault the service.

Superb personalised service. So much better than the large car rental companies. I would definitely recommend Kinza at Liverpool- fantastic customer service. The car itself was good quality and very easy to drive.

So glad I found this garage rental, we had a 7 seater touran, the price was amazing, the car was lovely and smooth done the job for what we neeed, would highly recommend this place.

Good to be able to call up and chat to somebody about our needs and have them sort out some internet glitches and book us in. We knew the exact car we were hiring which is good. The friendly and personal service continued to the point of us easily off hiring the car ahead of schedule. Great service and now my go to for car hire in Liverpool. I was struggling to find a rental for our trip to Liverpool from Canada. Rent-a-car came through. Dealt with Kinza at Johnson’s and she was very professional, well organized and got us sorted and in the car promptly - likewise with the drop-off. I’d recommend this option over Hertz or Avis to be honest.

This is my third time renting from VW and I’m yet to find a fault. Each time I’ve dealt with Kinza, she has provided brilliant customer service and made the whole process effortless.

Vwfs and in particular Kinza provided an excellent professional courteous service from booking on their website through to handover and vehicle return. I was so impressed by the service that I have already booked the same vehicle again for a few more days in June 2022. I have used a few car hire companies in the past but this was easily the best. I would recommend VWFS Rent a car to anyone looking to rent a car because the prices are very competitive and the service was everything I look for in a company.

The staff were helpful and friendly throughout the whole experience and I was made up with both the car and the overall service I received. Will definitely use them again.

Excellent service lady on rental desk very helpful

The whole process was seamless from booking online and collection on the day. An added bonus was I got a phone call the day before I was due to return the car asking if I would like to keep it for an extra 2 days as there was no one at the dealership at the weekend to receive the keys. A big thank you to Kinza at VW Liverpool for arranging this. The car itself a Skoda Karoq was spotless inside and out, it was fully explained with a measuring tool what would constitute as a cost to damage.
The only minor issue was booking on line as the vehicle was a Skoda the email stated to collect from Skoda Liverpool, so I was initially met with blank faces when arriving at the Skoda dealer. It was quickly established all rentals are dealt with at VW dealership which fortunately is only a couple hundred metres away.
This is something Kinza advised me she has already asked to be rectified.

2nd time I've hired from VW Liverpool and the service was excellent again. Really happy with the car, choices and prices and will recommend to anyone hiring a car to try these first.

I needed a car quickly and Kinsa could not be more helpful. From supplying a range of prices to making the arrangements for collecting and dropping off. Was even going to come in on her day off so I could hand the car back. Top drawer service by some one who seems to actually care.
