Car was excellent and very clean when picked up with fuel in ready to go, VWFS was very easy to deal with even when I wanted to extend the rental it was no trouble at all.
Would recommend as my go to rental place for cars.

Excellent service! Really nice and friendly staff and Katy that dealt with us didn't bat an eye when we ran into some difficulty before we'd even picked our car up! Couldnt ask for a better first rental experience really; they made everything simple and easy to understand, no hidden fee's or other nonsense - would highly recommend and will definately use them again if we ever need another rental car! 5* from me and the wife :-)

The staff were helpful, considerate and accommodating; and the estate car was a joy, fitting our needs perfectly. My only gripe was having to hire the car for an unwanted extra day due to the bank holiday and there being no facility to drop off the car until Tuesday.

Professional service of specified vehicle (7 seater) as discussed during the booking and ticked all the list as what I had asked in the vehicle. Katty who sorted out with the customer service was very kind and provided us all information during the booking and arranged a brand new car for our a week's booking. Really enjoyed our ride throughout and till the end she supported us in helping to also book a local taxi as well for my ride back home. Will definitely be using them again.

Good quality, new and low mileage car. Friendly staff at vehicle acceptance/handover and very reasonably priced compared to others in the area. Would use again and better than some of the larger rental brands. Only one downside is that you are limited to Monday to Friday pickup/drop off. But otherwise brilliant and highly recommended service. James

Very happy with the whole process of hiring a car for the weekend. All the staff that I spoke to were very friendly. The car was great, it was a brand new Skoda Scala and only had 400 miles on the clock. It was also very economical. Only used £35 petrol from Mansfield-London return. The hire price was very competitive and cheaper than any other local Companies. I would highly recommend and I will definitely be going here every time I need to hire a car!
