Quality car hire experience
Booked online at 20hrs night before. Confirmed instantly. Picked up car 9am next morning. Very nice helpful staff. 215 trouble free miles later returned car at 9 next day. Stress and trouble free quality service no issues at all. Decent motor for £80. Recommended for sure.

Rented an octavia for a week. Online ordering only took a few minutes, quick and easy collection & returns, no fuss at all.
Not only were VWFS significantly cheaper than anywhere else, you know you're going to get the car you booked, with other places you can get a car of the same class yet it can have a much smaller boot etc.
Will be my go to place if I ever need another rental.

Amazing service
Amazing service. Rent a car every year from here for an annual family holiday down to cornwall. Friendly staff and great cars. The car I originally hired was unavailable due to going in the garage but I was offered a free upgrade which was great. The process of collecting and picking up is so quick within a few minutes your away with the car.

I rented my car long term for about 8 weeks. Katy was amazing, the car was fine, no issues .. seamless! Hopefully I don't have to rent a car long term again but if I do, I won't even bother looking anywhere else because the pricing and customer service was outstanding.

Well priced and efficient
I was attracted to VWFS rent-a-car by the prices, considerably cheaper than other services. The car I ordered had a fault found before I arrived and the service had already upgraded my car rather than hope I wouldn't notice and then drive away!! Friendly staff and a well great customer service

First and foremost it was wonderful to find a company which was based near us
All other options appeared to be at East Midlands Airport
(Which us good when you're flying, but a total pain to reach if you're not - as its far away from us)
We were welcomed by a lovely lady called Katy
She was very friendly, took time to show us the vehicle and generally gave us a very good feeling about our choice
The car in question, a skoda, was very nice and it treated us to a lovely drive
No complaints at all!
Upon returning the car Katy was there with a big smile once again
We are impressed and will recommend you to our friends and family
And use you again of course!

We were due to go away for a week
We were due to go away for a week, but my car had to have some unexpected work done on it at the last minute.
After some frantic phone calls, we were able to hire a Skoda Fabia from this company. The car was a pleasure to drive, and was very economical to run. Didn't want to hand it back. And I will not knock a Skoda car again.
Would highly recommend them, and if need be, will be using them again.
