Absolutely superb service. Very friendly at collection and drop off and provided a superb car at a really competitive price. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely use again if I need to rent a vehicle.

Discussed my requirements and although a smaller TROC may have sufficed I agreed to try a Tiguan
Best decision I have ever made

I rented a car from Rainworth Skoda…
I rented a car from Rainworth Skoda rental.
Price was good. On pick I was upgraded to a Kamiq. Nice car very pleased. However during my holiday with my elderly parents a stone hit the window and chipped it. I was informed that i had to pay £400+ for new screen as not repairable. The customer service and overall attitude towards me was deplorable. Beware of excess before you hire.

We have followed this up with the team and they have informed us that unfortunately as the damage to the windscreen happened during the hire, and as mentioned in our rental agreements you will have to incur this cost. They have tried to keep the costs to a minimum but as the damage was quite significant and in the drivers eye line this replacement has been unavoidable. We hope you can understand, thanks.

8 day hire for a holiday in Wales. Easy enough process, nearly new car so no fear of anything going wrong. Price was around half of other rental companies and I got a larger vehicle too.Will use again.

Hired a car for 10 days to travel to Scotland, really easy and no hassle whatsoever. The only thing stopping this from being 5 stars is that they are closed over the weekend so had to pick up on the Friday even though we didn’t travel until early Monday morning.
