VWFS Rent-a-Car - Northampton Reviews 

We hired a car for the first time from VW for the Christmas period. The price was great especially for the car we had, it was brand new and in perfect condition. The lady in the office was so friendly, polite and helpful. We will definitely be returning next Christmas.

Easy rental and convenient

This was the first time that I have used this service. I have already made a booking for next week and shall continue to use VWFS.

After finding vw rental I would never use anyone else. The staff are extremely helpful and honest. I hired from them a lot this year and I can say hand on heart there has never been any issues. From getting the car you have booked and are expecting to the condition of the vehicle or return of the deposit. They are the best I have ever rented from a big thank you to all the staff at be riverside Northampton.

The service was quick and efficient. The car was in a reasonable condition (lots of minor damage/ scratches) and drove well, however it smelt as if the previous driver had been a smoker.
The ease of service will certainly see me going back if I need to rent a car in the future.

Tomas and Kevin were efficient and helpful. We had a small accident and the reassurance from them to leave it until we returned the car didn't let it spoil our holiday.

Rented a modern Volkswagen Golf for 8 days as my own car had broken down. Booking on-line the price was excellent especially as the Golf is a very nice car with all the new electronic driving aids. Collecting and dropping off the car was very easy.

Great! But you can add extra service free of charge. I came by train. And spent £12 to get to your place. So it would be really good if you can collect and drop off the customers from train station. It’s just 10 min drive.

A very quick and efficient service. The whole process from choosing the car to leaving the forecourt with it was simple. The people we dealt with were pleasant and helpful and we couldn't ask for more. I certainly wouldn't rent a car from anywhere else.

I had multiple payments taken that took two days to get sorted and I couldn’t get through to them to sort it, I had £250 EXTRA taken from while I was away stressing about how I could get fuel and pay my bills

I absolutely recommend this guys over anyone. Very good customer service, I had to cancel due to illness and this guys sorted everything for me and holded the car until the last minute without charging me any fees. It got to the day and I was fine and just went and picked up the car and did my travelling. Thanks so much for that, I know now where to go and rent a car. Immaculate cars, very good customer service and very good prices. 5 stars.

Friendly staff, very professional at the same time, made the whole process effortless. Car was great, no issues. I will use VWFS again rather than going to the more "traditional name brands". VWFS you have a solid converted customer!
