Seamless transaction from start to finish. The car was spotless on collection and very pleasant guy served us. Drop off was easy - key was handed to a chap in the service section and within 45 mins I was called to say all was well. Would definitely use again. I did bot want to give the car back. :-)

I needed a car very last minute due to a puncture late in the day and I arrived at Rentacar 10 minutes before they closed. Paige was superb, she found me a car, checked it was clean and did all the paperwork for me quickly and efficiently, although this meant her staying open a little longer. The price was very reasonable and the car was perfect for what I needed for 24 hours. I also got stuck in traffic the following day when I can to return the car and again Paige held on a few minutes for me so I could still return it. Fantastic customer service and so helpful, thank you very much Paige 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

the reason i gave VWFS a 5 star is because of the customer services, a car is a car but Paige who works in Riverside Northampton is fab, she knows her stuff but is always on the end of the phone if you need help and support. Genuinely a lovely person to deal with VWFS should be very proud to have her working for them.

The car hiring experience was second to none. Prompt swift paperwork. Easy to collect and all round to deal with. Would recommend and will be using again.

Friendly, fast and fabulous car.
My car failed MOT so no means to drive, rented a 2021 plate Golf in the same building.

Considering it was a last minute on the day rental, the rental rate was competitive, beating the like of Enterprise and Europcar locally. Super friendly service and only had one form of ID on me so they made an exception as this rental wasn’t exactly planned to be.

Totally recommend, give them a try!

He was so efficient and polite and very friendly .. Very rare to see such friendly and nice people now a days.. Every body is looking for money but not in this VW rent a car ... A very happy customer ... :)

I needed an estate car to drive my family to Scotland for a holiday. I wanted a Passat and looked on all of the usual suspects websites. What really put me off were the words "Passat or something similar". If I want a Passat then I want a Passat! I did not know about VWFS Northampton but managed to find their website, and I'm so glad I did. I was told all of their vehicles are no older than 8 months. I rented a 21 plate Passat with 2k miles from a VW dealer for less money than any of the others were quoting. Collection and drop off were easy and the staff were great. Would happily recommend and use again, if I don't buy my own Passat first!

Fantastic service, I wanted to extend my car hire, it wasn’t available on line and after a call to Northampton office, they promised to let me know if this would be possible, and sure enough I had a call to say this would be fine. Thank you.

Excellent friendly service and the car was almost brand new. Very easy pick up and drop off and best of all there were no hidden extras.

Service was excellent, lady at depot was polite and very helpful,
Only downside was that the Sat nav didn’t work, but was told when took car back we wasn’t the only one who had same problem.
Other than that everything was perfect
Will be using again 👍
