I am very cautious about car rentals due to additional charges being levied by some companies. However, my experience at vwfs was very positive .They were very clear with costs and very professional with their service. I would not hesitate to use them again. Thank you vwfs

Compared to other car services, they are good, and their vehicles are well-maintained.

Easy booking system online. The prices were very reasonable. We asked to upgrade, not a problem! The car was as though it had just come out of the showroom. We were all extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Waseem was great, very obliging. The car was a bare-bones base model, but it did everything we needed it to do, and it was reasonably priced, and extraordinarily economical. Highly recommend.

I hired a Kodiaq for 4 days real great car, it was a few hundred pounds cheaper than all the other hirers, even the extras were cheaper. The service we received was excellent l will definitely be hiring from WV again, highly recommended

I really can't fault the service or the vehicles from here. We had a smaller car at the start of our hire then swapped to a slightly larger SEAT SUV for the last part of our holiday. The customer service was excellent and the vehicles were exceptional. The hire rates included things that others called extras & the rates were better than other hire companies.
I'll definitely hire from here again on my next trip.

Waseem was great, car clean & tidy and low mileage, exactly as per reservation - Skoda Superb estate - ideal for my UK tour - even had a minor incident with a damaged wingmirror and he sorted it all very quickly and honestly throughout. much better than dealing with your normal hire car companies. will definitely use again.

Simple, reliable and efficient. Second time I’ve rented from this branch. Car is ready at 9am on the dot. Documents is quick and easy. Great customer service. Inspection is thorough and good. Skoda Fabia Auto is a great car!!

Very simple booking procedure and cars are very good condition. Staff are extremely helpful. Picking up process is pretty slow though; took me 45min from arriving (no queue), to collecting the keys. That’s the only thing preventing 5 stars.

The best rental car experience we've ever had. From the very start of our rental when we had to get information via email, through the pickup and drop off processes , right through to ease of access to the site at Slough, we couldn't have been more pleased. AND we saved over 50% of what we would have paid by collecting a vehicle at Heathrow.
We would also like to thank Waseem and all the team for their service.

Very nice car for the price, hired a Seat Arona FR for 4 days and was very pleased with the performance for such a small car. Would be great if they could offer a local delivery service, I had to get a taxi to collect / drop off the car, so that made things more expensive.
